Housing Crisis

There is a housing crisis. Rents and property prices have skyrocketed, while workers' wages have not gone up.

The purpose of this app is to alleviate this crisis by letting people find properties or rooms to rent for a more reasonable price. In return, the property owner can screen the people they want to rent to, and have more prior communication before a rental decision or lease is signed.

This app allows property owners and renters to directly connect. Property owners can post their property or individual rooms for rental. Renters and property owners can directly communicate to see if a living situation is the right fit.
